    Tiffany holds her Masters degree in Social Work, has over 12 years of grant and fiscal experience and led a team of 27+ FTEs at a global nonprofit.

    Tiffany is a licensed Social Worker through the State of Michigan and advocates for community change on various systems-level community boards.

  • Mark Petz

    Grant Strategist & Writer

    Mark has 20+ years of nonprofit leadership experience with groups like Fremont Area Community Foundation. He holds a Master’s in Public and Nonprofit Administration from GVSU.

    Mark is a foodie, a history nut, and plays the saxophone in the Ska Punk band Mustard Plug.

  • Cara Jones

    Nonprofit Fundraising Strategist

    With 20+ years of experience, Cara specializes in grant writing and fundraising. She served as Interim Executive Director at The Meijer Foundation and led efforts at Hospice of Michigan and GRPSF.

    Cara holds a B.S.E. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Western Michigan University.

    Amanda has 8+ years in the nonprofit sector, specializing in program coordination, marketing, fundraising, and donor engagement.

    Amanda is an Alma College graduate, she enjoys Taylor Swift, her cats Bennie and Leo, and backpacking in National Parks.

    Grants & Research Manager

    Madison is a nonprofit professional with grant writing experience, pursuing a Master’s degree in Information at the University of Michigan.

    Madison aims to blend her passion for equity, community connection, and user experience design. In her free time, she enjoys houseplants, scrapbooking, and swing dancing.

    Grant Writer

    Emily is a Master of Social Work graduate from GVSU who is passionate about creating meaningful change. Emily works with the City of Grand Rapids to support local projects, policy efforts, and funding opportunities that are focused on mental health and affordable housing across West Michigan.

    Emily brings a people-first approach to grant writing by turning community needs into compelling narratives that drive real change.
